Return and Refund Policy
We are so confident you would love our products, that our return policy lasts for 30 days. We do not want your money if you are unsatisfied! Return your product within 30 days after you received your item, and we would be happy to offer you a refund.
If your product is defective, immediately let us know within 5 days of order receipt with a photo or video of the fault (email@example.com).
For your return to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
(1) Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, with tags intact.
(2) In re-saleable condition
(3) Item must be in the original packaging and all accessories. An item with stains, folded cards, broken seals/plastic foiling will not be accepted.
(4) To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of postage.

Rest assured that your request will be processed properly and that your item will be approved for return given all conditions are met.
However, please note that if the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to not refund or exchange.
Customers will have to bear all costs of returns with a proper tracking number for the parcel. We shall not be responsible for any parcel missing en-route to us if there is no tracking available for the parcel.
We are unable to accept returns on incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error.
All refunds or replacements will be made only after we have received the product back from you. There will be no exceptions allowed.
We will not accept returns for hygiene related products, unless unused or you received it faulty or damaged.

You must mention the order number, your name and your address. If you do not provide these, your refund may be delayed.
Allow us upto 15 working days to process your return and refund, after receipt of the product from you.
Please allow upto 7 working days to receive return approval email with your RMA# from us from the date of your return request. Without your RMA#, we are unable to process your refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if we deem it to be in an unsuitable condition.
How to Replace, Change or Cancel your Order
-Replacing your order
If you want to replace any product for another size, colour or just for another product, you will be requested to pay for the shipping charges.
-Amending your order
As our warehouse is very quick to dispatch orders, it it usually not possible to amend an order once it has been placed. If your order has already been dispatched, just follow our returns procedure ensuring the product is returned to our warehouse within 30 days.
-Cancelling your order
We allow up to 15 minutes from the time of your order for you to cancel it if you have made a mistake. After that time your order will have begun to be processed. Follow our returns procedure should you have any unwanted products. You must return cancelled orders within 30 days from the initial order.
