Delivery:

  • We have 2 options for delivery:
  1. Next Day Delivery option by Royal Mail reaches by 1pm (recommended)
  2. From 1 to 10 business days by Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked
  • Handling time : from Same day upto 1 business day (no weekends)
  • Please note that during high season and sale delivery times may be affected. 
  • We don't ship on weekends

Exchanges & Returns:

  • 30-days return policy;
  • You can exchange your purchase free of charge.
  • PPE items - due to hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns.
