And.... it's a wrap for London Fashion Week! The show now moves to Milan for more Fall 2019 collections. LFW already inspired us with a lot of trends, colors and bold statements. We all know that the style on the show is the main attraction, but what happens off the runaway is just as exciting. One of the most prominent trends on the catwalk this year were bold colours and patchwork also showcased during Autumn / Winter collections in 2018. On the streets, bold colors, statement jackets and business casual looks were stealing the spotlight.

Beige is the new black!

The fashion crowd attending the LFW19 shows confirmed that beige is the new black. The humble trench was a classic way to wear the look! Camel and Beige were hot spots this fashion week.  

Patchwork

There is a very fine line between good taste and bad taste, patchwork and patterns are prone to a lot of errors. It was a major trend at London Fashion Week this year, thanks to designers like Burberry or Preen.  

Yellow Sunshine 

Yellow - the colour of sunshine, fluffy chicks and all things happy! Yellow emerged as the top color trend during New York Fashion Week 2019.  

Ombre

Some designers are not thinking small, Mary Katrantzou latest collection called “Big Bang” is an explosion of feathers and colors.  

Lady in Red

Dramatic red came in a lot of different forms like patent finishes, sparkles and layered silhouettes.  

Wallpaper Florals 

Florals and flower patterns were already in full bloom at New York Fashion Week. Florals are seen as positive and cheerful next to neutral heavy looks.
