How to use?

1. Remove Existing Insoles (If needed)

  • If you are replacing your current insoles, remove the existing ones from your shoes first.

2. Prepare the Silicone Gel Insoles

  • Take the silicone gel arch insoles out of their packaging. Inspect them for any defects or damages before use.

3. Place the Insoles into Your Shoes

  • Positioning: Align the insoles with the inside of your shoe. The insole should fit flat against the bottom of the shoe, with the arch area aligned with the natural arch of your foot.
  • Arch Placement: Ensure the arch support area is placed directly under the arch of your foot, which is the raised area in the middle part of your foot.
  • If the insoles are not the exact size, you may need to trim the edges slightly to fit your shoes. Most silicone insoles can be cut for a better fit.

4. Wear the Insoles

  • Start Slowly: If you're new to orthotic insoles, wear them for shorter periods (about 1-2 hours at a time) to allow your feet to adjust.
  • Increase Wear Time: Gradually increase the amount of time you wear them each day as your feet adapt.

5. Check for Comfort

  • While wearing the insoles, ensure that they are comfortable. They should support your arch and alleviate discomfort, especially if you have flat feet or arch pain.
  • If there is any discomfort, reposition the insoles or check if they need trimming for a better fit.

FQAs

1. Remove your shoes' existing insoles (if any):

  • Take out the original insoles from your shoes to make space for the new orthotic insoles.

2. Check the size:

  • Ensure that the silicone gel insoles are the right size for your shoes. If necessary, trim the insoles along the marked lines to fit the length of your shoe. Be sure to trim carefully to avoid cutting them too short.

3. Place the insoles inside your shoes:

  • Insert the silicone gel insoles into your shoes, ensuring that the arch area aligns with your foot's arch.
  • The thicker end (which provides more support) should be positioned towards the heel of the shoe, while the arch support should align with the middle of your foot.

4. Adjust the positioning:

  • Make sure the insoles are lying flat and fully inside the shoe, without folding or bunching up. Ensure they fit snugly without any gaps along the edges.

5. Put on your shoes:

  • Once the insoles are correctly placed, put on your shoes and walk around to check for comfort.
  • You should feel the arch support lifting the middle of your foot, relieving pressure from the arches and helping with alignment.
