Using and caring
- To cool, place the gel pack in the freezer or fridge before use.
- To warm, place it in warm water (not boiling) for a few minutes.
- Always keep a thin cloth between the pack and your skin, and use for no more than 20 minutes at a time.
- Do not use if the pack is punctured or leaking.
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth and let it dry before storing.
